When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding holidays). Once yours ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on where you are. You'll see an estimated delivery time at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and start once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Right now we ship to the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
What if it isn't right for me?
You can request a return within 14 days after delivery. Contact us first, and send items back unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is on you, and a 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Our Refund Policy has the details.
Can I cancel my order?
You can ask to cancel or remove items within 1 hour of placing your order. Email info@pawverrainc.com as soon as you can.
How do I use it safely?
Read the instructions before first use. Keep sharp parts and batteries away from children, charge only with the cable provided, and stop using anything that looks damaged. If you're unsure, email us.
